Experienced HR / IR Practitioner with 30 years’ experience at Management / Director level in the Manufacturing (Steel), Construction and Retail (Steel) fields / sectors. Proven working experience in the full spectrum of Human Resources Management as Generalist Practitioner. Sound knowledge of Labour Law, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Skills Development, Organizational Change and Recruitment. Strong computer literacy and communication skills. I have an BA Hons degree in Labour Relations Management and two advanced labour law diplomas in the practice of Labour Law
