About Natassia
My name is Natassia and I was an A* art student around 10 years ago now.
I have always loved art and I stopped for a long time until I found it helped with my anxiety’s so I started again.
I want to help other people express feelings within art as it can be a very calming and relaxing experience.

Within these lessons we can talk about any feelings you may have whilst we either draw, paint with acrylic or watercolours we also may use clay in some lessons and create personal pieces that reflect your creativity in your own way we can also do silent lessons if you wish where I stay silent until you wish to ask a question or approach a subject.
You do not need to be good at art or design in any way these lessons are more to assist with anxiety and stress relief.
