About Rebecca
Hello!
I’m Rebecca. I’m 30, and I'm an ex-primary school teacher. As well as working full time in the SEND department of a College, I tutor students in order to offer extra academic support and confidence. I have a First Class Honours degree in teaching and have worked across a number of schools, leading and managing English and Reading respectively. I am a trustworthy and reliable individual, who aims to develop a supportive and professional rapport with my students, meaning I can offer support and guidance while also instilling a love and enjoyment for learning!

I am an ex-primary school teacher with 7+ years experience. I have taught across both Key Stage 1 and 2 and have experience of SATs for both age ranges. I have experience in supporting children with SEND and those working below age related expectations. My areas of expertise are Mathematics and Reading. My aim is for the children that I teach to feel happy and confident in their abilities, while enjoying their learning experiences. I currently work within the SEND department of a Further Education College.
