About Jaya
I would start by establishing a positive relationship with each student, getting to know their interests, strengths, and areas for improvement. This would help me tailor my teaching to meet their individual needs.
Assessment would be an ongoing process, with a focus on continuous feedback and support to help students grow and progress. I would also involve parents and caregivers in their child's learning journey, keeping them informed and involved in their child's education.

As a primary teacher, my approach would be centered around creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I would focus on making learning fun and interactive, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
In terms of sharing knowledge, I would use a mix of storytelling, hands-on activities, group work, and visual aids to make concepts more accessible and memorable. I would also encourage questions and discussions to deepen understanding and promote critical thinking.
