About Jack Khai
Hi! I’m a guitar teacher who specializes in helping beginners start strong and enjoy the learning process. My lessons are structured, friendly, and focused on real progress—so you’ll understand what you’re doing, not just memorize shapes. Each lesson is 1 hour, and we’ll build your fundamentals step by step: chord changes, strumming, rhythm and timing, finger placement, and simple music theory. I also teach through songs you actually like, so practice feels motivating and practical. You’ll leave every session with a clear plan on what to practice and how to improve. I have 6 years of guitar experience, including performing, and I bring a calm, supportive teaching style backed by my degree in Psychology and Teaching. I’m also very organized and goal-focused (I hold a Master’s in Data Science), so lessons are tailored to your pace with a clear learning pathway. All ages are welcome, and beginners are especially encouraged—whether you’re picking up a guitar for the first time or restarting after a long break, I’ll help you play with confidence.
