About Jeff
I studied Sports Science at Loughborough University and went on to qualify in strength and conditioning, sports massage and personal training, alongside many other qualifications over the years.
I’ve spent years coaching in the City of London and at some of its most prestigious gyms. I’ve trained professional athletes, famous faces and people with demanding jobs who simply want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in themselves.
That experience has taught me that good coaching is about more than knowing the exercises. I take the work seriously, but I’m easy to talk to, I listen, and I want our sessions to be something you look forward to.

You may have a home gym and the motivation to train, but still wonder whether you’re doing the right things for you. When work or travel gets in the way, it can be hard to know what to change.
We’ll discuss your goals and questions, then train together over Zoom. I’ll watch how you move, coach you through the session and help you decide what to keep, what to change and how to progress with the equipment you have.
You’ll have my full attention and room to ask anything. Afterwards, I’ll send a short summary of what I observed and your next steps, so you can move forward with confidence.
