About Selina
I have been a student of meditation and spirituality myself for about 6 years now. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and work experience as a Crisis Counselor which I apply to better understand the triumphs and tribulations a person faces. I apply the real scientific theories learned throughout my Psychology career to the metaphysical in order to better understand what lies beyond our eyes and physical reality. I am a single mother who immigrated to New York and I have faced strenuous challenges and barriers on my own that I have persevered through largely thanks to the knowledge I have gathered from the art of guided meditation. I hope to do the same for you.

I welcome you to join my class if you are looking to better yourself spiritually and mentally. Youths, adults and people of all background are welcome to a session where we delve into what troubles you face and how you can achieve a resolution that will bring you inner peace spiritually. Each session is individualized to cater to your needs better. We will engage in general breathing exercises and other guided meditation practices including yoga.
