Focus of my work lays in mindful leadership & relational competence, sustainable conflict management & stress management, authenticity in contact & inner and outer diversity as well as the role of empathy & compassion in building relationships with others and with myself. My work is based on the methods of processoriented Psychology and its attitude and principle behind it - Deep Democracy. The perspective can vary between an individual or collective system of private or organizational nature.
