About Tanika
I’m Tanika, a London-based Actor, Voiceover Artist and Drama Coach with 10+ years in the performing arts. I trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and have worked professionally across theatre, education and 1:1 coaching since 2017.
I also sit on an auditions panel for a top UK drama school, so I coach with current, real-world standards: what panels listen for, what makes a candidate stand out, and how to deliver under pressure.
I work with teenagers and adults from beginners building confidence to advanced performers preparing for drama school, exams, self-tapes and professional auditions. My teaching style is warm, clear and rigorous: you’ll feel supported, but you’ll also make measurable progress.

Lessons are practical, student-centred and built around one goal: clear progress you can feel.
Depending on what you need, we’ll work on:
Auditions: monologues, self-tapes, recall prep, panel technique, confidence under pressure
Acting craft: intention, actions, beats, listening, relationships, status, stakes
Voice & presence: breath, clarity, vocal freedom, grounding, authority, ease
Text & character: script analysis, character choices, truthful emotional access
Exams: GCSE/A-Level/uni performance or devised work, with structured targets
Each session includes: warm-up → focused technique → coached reps → notes you can apply immediately.
Most lessons are 60 minutes (online or in-person in London). You’ll leave with clear next steps and a plan between sessions if you want it.
