About Benjamin
As a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, I was well trained to explore the world of professional and consummate acting. I received my Baccalaureate of Fine Arts from Youngstown State University and then went on to complete the Neighborhood Playhouse School's two year conservatory program, specializing in the Meisner technique. I have performed in several Off-Broadway and regional New York City works, and am a working actor just like you, so I am always updating my technique and education as we grow and learn.

Learning acting is a lot like learning what types of foods you like. It takes a lot of trying, and it's different for every person. I am well versed in trying and learning new styles and methods, and I will work with you to discover what methods are right for you.
We, as explorers of technique, will start with a scene or a character, and determine:
-What methods work for you?
-What interests you as an actor and storyteller?
-What are your strengths, and what are your weaknesses?
-What is going to land you the part?
These lessons are meant for those who are ready to take their acting to a serious level, and move forward to a competitive professional environment.
