About Jasmine
I am a professional ballet dancer, graduate of Canada's National Ballet School. I danced with companies in Europe for the last 5 years including Semperoper Dresden and the most recent being the National Ballet of Romania in Bucharest. I danced roles in many classical ballets such as Swan Lake, the Nutcracker, La Bayadere, Sleeping Beauty etc. I currently teach in Barrie, ON at the Dance Academy of Barrie.

These classes are meant for all levels and all ages. For regular dance class students, I will give exercises to help technique to further the dancers ability. For any other students, I will provide safe and effective stretches to keep the body, overall, healthy and agile. I will also give strengthening exercises to support these stretches to increase strength, which increases the overall health and longevity of the individual.
