Started playing sports when I turned 11, went pro at 17, the most beautiful thing I discovered is that talent without work isn’t much valuable, to add on that, work can be taught, as well as we went to school to master our subjects, sport can be taught and mastered, training is just the only way one can grasp the knowledge of the human body. 20 minutes dedicated to what you like for one year is sufficient to master anything.

1. Personalized Fitness Plans Drawing from my athletic background, the trainer would create customized workout routines tailored to the student’s goals, whether they aim for weight loss, muscle building, endurance, or overall fitness. Each plan would reflect proven methods used by elite athletes.
