Having graduated from Leith’s School of Food and Wine in London, I’ve been working in Michelin star restaurants ever since. I absolutely love fine dining and am also a big fan of delicious home food meals, always using seasonal and fresh ingredients.

As a chef, I’m very curious by nature and love studying. Researching the science behind cooking is one of my favourite things related to my profession. I’m excited to pass my knowledge forward to students in a straightforward, accessible manner. I’m very patient and love answering questions and fixing any culinary mishaps!
