About Sivuziwe
As a seasoned chef with 10 years of experience, I have honed my skills working in the vibrant culinary scenes of South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. Throughout my career, I have embraced the diversity of these regions, blending traditional South African flavors with the rich, global influences of the UAE.
In South Africa, I developed a deep understanding of indigenous ingredients, local culinary traditions, and sustainable cooking practices, while experimenting with modern techniques. Working in the UAE has allowed me to refine my skills in creating contemporary and fusion cuisine, influenced by a melting pot of cultures, from Middle Eastern to Asian and Western influences.
Over the years, I have built a reputation for creating innovative dishes that showcase fresh, local ingredients, and I excel in both high-end fine dining and casual, yet sophisticated, concepts. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and have cultivated strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
