You can really learn alot from Chef Gerhardt, he knows how to get work done with a great personality to go along with it. He is one of the best Head Chefs I worked under and learned alot from him.

Gerhard is an amazing tutor, as he is patient and explain in simple terms. He gives individual attention to all his students and he shows where you can improve. He gives good advice and he is always there to assist when you ask questions
