About Masha

I have been dancing more than 25 years for now - pole dance, samba, social dances, modern, ballet... Being a highly motivated dancer I keep my eyes open for extending my dance vocabulary and deepening my knowledge of the capabilities of the human body. I love to create clean lines and pretty shapes, and compose every move into seamless flow.

About the lesson

Get your body in shape the most beautiful and enjoyable way!
Join my dance classes for adults and experience the perfect blend of exercise and dance.
Together we will go through dynamic routines, incorporating various dance styles to improve your coordination, flexibility, and overall fitness. Get ready to have fun, tone your body, and feel amazing. BONUS: get the ability to pose for photos and never have a question of where to put your hands :)
Every class starts off with a warm-up that targets your entire body, focusing on strengthening your arms and legs, then goes the main part of the class, concluding with a soothing stretching cool-down.
