About Meilir
I'm a professional Dance Artist specialising in Contemporary Dance and Movement practices. I've been working as a performer, choreographer and teacher in the industry for the last 3 years.
I graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a first class degree before going on to attain a Masters Degree in Dance Performance as part of Transitions Dance Company.
I can also offer beginner Welsh Clog Dancing lessons :)

My teaching approaches a range of different contemporary techniques from release-based principles through to a more modern and post-modern approach to technique.
I work in an encouraging manner, offering my students the space to think for themselves, feeding in information, working towards manifesting creativity and establishing a strong knowledge of bodily alignment, spacial awareness and efficient moving.
