I teach in the studio six days a week, working with dancers from ages 1 to 18! No matter your level, you're welcome here—let’s have fun and grow together through dance! I love seeing my students light up as they learn, and I can't wait to share that energy with you!

Minami's teaching philosophy is grounded in her profound belief that dance is a universal language. Her passion lies in providing young artists with the opportunity to express their unique voices on the stage. Beyond merely enhancing their dance abilities, Minami's teaching goals extend to building strong relationships with the arts. She aims to prepare her students to utilize their movements as a powerful means of self-expression. For Minami, teaching goes beyond the technicalities of dance; it is a journey that empowers individuals to communicate, connect, and share their stories through the art of movement. It is also crucial to her to create an environment characterized by respect, openness, and safety, fostering a setting where students feel at ease expressing themselves, embracing challenges, experimenting with new ideas, learning from mistakes, and persisting in their efforts. She believes that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to utilize this amazing tool to express themselves.
