Dance Classes and Movement Guidance
- Styles offered:
--> Ballet, Pre-Pointe, and Pointe
--> Contemporary Dance: floor work, inversions, and general contemporary movement techniques
--> Modern Dance: Release technique, Horton, and Limón informed movement techniques
--> Jazz: Competitive dance techniques, Dance Team Audition Req., Musical Theatre and Broadway styles.
--> Body Conditioning: Strength and Stretch for Competitive Dancers, Cardio and Power Drills, Stretch Barre (Ballet focus)
- When taking my classes, you can expect a full-bodied warm-up, at the barre or center floor, time for technique development, workshopping and sequencing, and the option to learn choreography or repertoire that is mindfully geared towards the intentions and physical goals of the session.
- I offer youth classes for 8 y. - 17 y. with adult supervision and sessions for those 18 and older who are beginners interested in learning the basics, pre-professionals looking to hone their craft, or professionals looking for peer-to-peer guidance.
