I have experience working online in various formats. My method is to learn what a student's needs and weaknesses are and to tailor lessons to those. I work with a student's immediate studies in addition to creating lessons for specific learning needs. I ask for a written essay, a reading level test, school test scores and curriculum (if necessary), and a personal conversation to determine how to begin our lessons.
