First of all I address the student am teaching ,get to know their names be friendly with them so that they'll open up freely with me and not be shy . After which I'll then introduce the topic I'm going to be lecturing them on ,give them insights about the topic,ask them questions and make sure they're all carried along.I don't give lenthy notes just little that is filled with substance.I teach from basic to secondary level.Age 8 to 16
