About Jackson
Communication has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I've spent much of my life and career helping people, and myself,improve how we connect with others.
My journey started at age 7 through Mandarin storytelling competitions and eventually grew into a career and hobby that has taken many forms. Today, I'm a public speaking instructor, event host, professional beatboxer, and pianist based in Vancouver. Whether on stage, behind a microphone, in a workshop, or in a one-on-one conversation, I've spent thousands of hours learning what helps people communicate clearly and confidently.
Through public speaking, live performance, event hosting, sales, and coaching, I've learned that most communication challenges aren't caused by a lack of intelligence or ability. More often, people get stuck on specific habits, fears, or blind spots that prevent them from expressing themselves clearly.
One of my strengths is helping people identify those sticking points and develop practical strategies to work through them. Whether that's organizing your thoughts, improving your delivery, managing nerves, speaking with more confidence, or learning how to hold attention, my goal is to help you find an approach that works for you.
Communication is a skill, and like any skill, it can be practiced and improved.
