About Pom
My name is Pom and I have been passionate about all things floral since the age of 16 to which I am now 28.
I have been in and out of floristry since and have always kept my floral intrigue alive by studying : floral history ,the victorian language of flowers ,contemporary cultural floral designs as well as making my holiday travels all about famous floral regions of the world.
Flowers have been in human lives for centuries and still play a defining role for the most vulnerable moments of our lives. They act as a beautiful full stop for the beauty in life and the bittersweet goodbyes in death.
Flowers go so deep into human history, I'm truly surprised how we sometimes forget about their importance until such vulnerable event occurs.
I have felt that for me moving from Somersets nature setting to the hustle bustle of the north east city life of England that flowers have been the consistent grounding point of nature for me no matter where I am.. So let me help you discover the magi within the language of flowers.

Teaching floral methods to enhance home designs or future employment engagement.
From technically wiring skills for smaller floral designs.
To large full scaledesigns.
We will start with the basics around floral anatomy and flower care.
Floral homework will be given to enhance creative outlook, colour composition, textures, floral practicality (does itsuit the brief)
The history of florist and floral language will be delved into heavily.
