About Nicholas
A recent graduate from Boston Conservatory, I have performed with countless professional and community ensembles in the Boston area and teach lessons in music theory, voice and French horn. I have a passion for teaching, and I have a very artistic approach to lessons and tutoring. I’ll meet you where you are at, and we’ll work together to ensure you can feel good and comfortable with music-making.

At the college level, I’ll start by assessing your current skills and identify areas for growth, and build a personalized lesson plan with real-life resources to study, and use it alongside any coursework you have from classes to further your growth as a student.
For Music Theory, that includes harmonic analysis from Bach chorales through 20th-century serialism, the study of larger musical forms, and familiarization of the piano as a tool to continue studying on your own.
For French horn and Voice, I’ll start off with any work you may have from classes or private instruction and guide you through the process of learning your instrument, and may assign etudes or songs to study that may help you develop your technique further.
