About Rory
With eight years of teaching and performing experience, guitar has been the heartbeat of my creative life. I started as a self-taught player fascinated by sound, then deepened my craft through study and stage experience. Sharing that knowledge through teaching brings me immense fulfillment — helping others find freedom and identity in their music. I teach with patience, positivity, and adaptability, emphasizing both structure and enjoyment. My lessons encourage personal expression, improvisation, and curiosity, allowing students to feel ownership over their musical growth. I believe that learning guitar should be an empowering journey that nurtures creativity at every level. Beyond lessons, I perform regularly, write original pieces, and collaborate with other artists to stay inspired. Teaching guitar is my way of giving back to the art form that has shaped who I am — it’s where discipline meets passion and music becomes a shared story.
