About Della

I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 21 years of teaching experience, helping school students, college students, and working professionals achieve their musical goals. I believe that anyone can learn Piano with the right guidance, regular practice, and a positive attitude.

My teaching approach is simple, practical, and student-focused. I understand that every student learns differently, so I create lesson plans that match their pace, interests, and goals. Whether you are learning Piano for fun, exams, performances, or personal development, I provide clear instruction and continuous support.

My lessons include piano techniques, finger exercises, scales, chords, rhythm training, sight reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, and performance preparation. I also help students improve hand coordination, posture, and confidence while playing.

Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard skills, music reading, and basic music theory. These additional subjects help students understand music better and become more independent musicians.

I enjoy creating a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying new challenges. My goal is to help every student enjoy music while building lifelong skills and confidence.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology combines communication, creativity, flexibility, patience, and continuous improvement. I believe every piano lesson should help students grow technically, creatively, and personally. I create a friendly environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.

Students begin by developing correct posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. As their confidence increases, they continue with scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, pedal techniques, expressive playing, sight reading, and performance preparation.

I use demonstrations, interactive practice, and simple explanations to make learning enjoyable. Students are encouraged to ask questions, participate actively, and develop regular practice habits. Personalized feedback helps students improve consistently and build confidence.

Students also learn music from different styles while developing creativity through improvisation, accompaniment, and musical interpretation. These activities improve musical expression and overall performance ability.

Besides piano, I teach keyboard skills, ear training, rhythm exercises, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, beginner composition, and performance preparation. These related subjects help students become complete musicians.

My goal is to inspire every student to enjoy learning, perform confidently, and develop a lifelong passion for piano and music.
