About David
I've been tutoring middle school and high school students for 5+ years and have helped many students achieve what their freshmenselves wouldn't have believed. I find it rewarding to show students what their potential can be by just putting a bit more effort into their work and having a clear enough plan to follow. Along with the satisfaction of helping students pursue their goals, I find it important to show these students why reading comprehension and writing style is important. While learning directly for a student's goals, I try to indirectly teach them how writing will be useful even outside of the academic setting.

My tutoring style is dependent on the individual student and their short term and long term goals. Because of this approach, I'm a strong advocate for not wasting my student's time. I make sure they come away from every lesson with a new skill learned that is directly related to the goals they have set for themselves.
