About Raifana
I am a friendly and dedicated Malay language tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students learn. I communicate well in both Malay and English, which allows me to explain lessons clearly and in a way that students can easily understand.
Although I am new to teaching, I am highly committed and always willing to learn and improve my teaching skills. I take the time to prepare my lessons properly and ensure that each student receives the attention and support they need.
I enjoy teaching because I find it meaningful to help students overcome difficulties and build confidence in their learning. I believe that with the right guidance and a supportive environment, every student can improve and succeed.
My goal is to make learning Malay simple, engaging, and less stressful, while helping students feel more confident in their abilities.

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, structured, and adaptable based on each student’s level and learning style. I believe that every student learns differently, so I focus on understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and pace before planning lessons.
In terms of teaching methodology, I combine explanation, practice, and interaction. I simplify complex Malay grammar into easy-to-understand concepts, use real-life examples, and encourage students to actively participate through reading, speaking, and writing exercises. For younger students, I incorporate fun and engaging activities to keep their attention, while for exam-level students (UPSR/PT3/SPM), I focus more on structured answering techniques, past year questions, and improving writing skills.
A typical lesson usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s level and needs. Each lesson is planned with clear objectives, and I ensure there is enough practice and feedback so students can continuously improve.
I hold a degree and have strong communication skills in both Malay and English, which allows me to explain concepts clearly, especially to students who may struggle to fully understand Malay. I am known for being patient, calm, and flexible, creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident to ask questions and learn without pressure.
My lessons are suitable for students from tadika, primary school, up to SPM level. I work with both beginners who need to build a strong foundation and students who want to improve their grades or prepare for exams.
Overall, my goal is not only to help students score well but also to build their confidence and genuine understanding of the Malay language
