About Dara
I am an experienced Microsoft Excel tutor with 4 years of teaching High School and College students. Over this time, I have successfully guided around 200 students to improve their Excel skills, complete assignments, and become confident in using Excel for academics and real-life tasks.
My teaching philosophy focuses on practical learning, collaboration, and creativity. I use real-life examples and case studies to make concepts clear and easy to understand. I believe in adapting my lessons to each student’s pace and needs, ensuring everyone feels supported and motivated.
I also help students with PowerPoint, Word, note preparation, and skills for job readiness, making learning well-rounded and applicable beyond the classroom. My goal is not only to teach Excel but also to develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and confidence in handling data.

My teaching approach focuses on making Microsoft Excel and related tools practical, engaging, and easy to understand. I cover Excel functions, formulae, data analysis, charts, pivot tables, and dashboards, as well as complementary skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and note preparation to support assignments and professional projects.
