About Derren
I have been a Music teacher at a primary school for 3 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts: Music, from Collarts, majoring in singing and songwriting. We practiced performing in front of an audience each week, writing original music, making arrangements of songs, and learning music theory. We even learned about digital music such as DJing. music production and writing for orchestra.
I've also done private music lessons for teens and adults, helping them be stage-ready and rehearsing their songs to make it absolutely perfect.

I approach each person as a unique individual because every has a different style and preference. I teach people, not lessons. I am dedicated to catering to specific needs.
I would say I am most proficient in songwriting, singing, guitar, arranging and music production.
I like pop, R&B, jazz, trap and hip hop and am most comfortable with those genres but am knowledgeable about most popular styles and can help you achieve what YOU want.
