About Caleaf

I am a professional musical theater dancer and educator with extensive international experience performing in major productions including MJ – The Musical (Germany and Australia), The Lion King (UK & Ireland Tour), and Tarzan – Das Musical. Alongside my performing career, I have taught dance and movement at universities and professional training programs in London and Dublin, Ireland, as well as in studio and educational settings internationally.

My work combines high-level professional experience with a supportive, human approach to teaching. While I offer clear guidance for auditions, performance preparation, and career development, my sessions are also open to anyone who simply wants to feel more confident moving, reconnect with their body, and build strength, coordination, and self-trust through dance. I aim to create a motivating and safe space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully personalized and designed to support dancers and musical theatre performers at any stage of their journey. I focus on building clean technique, strength, mobility, and performance confidence while helping students prepare for auditions, roles, and professional opportunities. Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, combining technical training, conditioning, and artistry. Whether you are training for musical theatre, commercial work, or simply want to move with more confidence and control, my goal is to help you feel strong, prepared, and confident in your body.

Wow ! I have known Caleaf for over 30 years, and he is one of the most professionally driven and disciplined instructors I’ve ever encountered. I contact him everyone I have something dance related and need to build more skill; and His level of excellence is honestly unmatched!

There is mush that sets him apart, but I love how it’s not just his technical knowledge, but his ability to truly see his students and pull potential out of us. I personally struggled with having rhythm & timing … I was honestly ready to give up on dance entirely; but then Caleaf took the time to break down proper technique and, more importantly, taught me how to Feel the music rather than fight it.

As Assistant Dance Captain, he was often in charge of leading rehearsals and was very efficient and personable. His energy fills the room. Although he is very disciplined, he always balances it out with fun and joy.
