About Santiago
Hi, I'm Santiago, I'm finishing my studies at the Buenos Aires Music School (EMBA), I have more than 10 years of experience and study of the instrument (drums), 2 albums and 2 released singles, as well as several self-produced projects. I complement my rhythmic studies (sight reading) with 5 years of piano study to deepen my mastery of music theory. Finally, I developed several freelance projects in the field of composition from jingles, through film music to music and sound design for video games and applications. Noteworthy is the composition and sound design of MOTFI, an innovative development for the rehabilitation of fine motor skills in the hand.

My classes are aimed at anyone who has difficulties to read and understand musical language, as well as those interested in deepening the domain of rhythmic language. In my experience, musical language is conceptually understood in the best of cases but not it is internalized and cannot be executed correctly. The class will be personalized according to the needs of the student but always starting from two basic pillars: mastery of the reading of rhythmic figures (quarter notes, eighth notes, sixteenth notes, their ternary equivalents) and understanding the staff (clefs, key signatures, bars, location notes on the staff). For the understanding of the melodic readings I will use the piano and the voice (solfeggio), the student being able to use any instrument (voice included)
