About Angelica

I am a Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in teaching and coaching. I have worked as individual tutor and in small groups. My passion is to teach, to guide people to do their best in whatever they want. I have lived in different countries: Venezuela, Spain, Italy and more recently in England. I have learnt from this experience how important and fascinating it is to learn a new language, and how it becomes part of your life. During the last ten years, I have dedicated most of my time to bringing up my four children, putting my family before my career. As parents, my husband and I believe that a language is more than words and grammar. It is part of our history, traditions, memories with family and friends. Therefore, we keep Spanish and Italian as an important part of our lives, and our children use both to communicate with family and friends. Currently, I´m using my educational and professional background to offer tuition in Spanish. Thanks to my experience living in Italy for 8 years, and my knowledge about this language, I can offer tuition in Italian as well. I teach Spanish with enthusiasm because I want my students to enjoy learning it, to speak it correctly and to use it as a way to know more about Spanish culture, including Spain and Latin America. My goal is to make Spanish a real communicational skill for my students, so they can use it in different contexts. It doesn´t matter if you need to pass an exam or if you simply want to learn a new language: I will be happy to show you how fascinating it is to learn Spanish!

About the lesson

My lessons are designed specially for each student or group, in order to make them more interesting and stimulating. I always include grammar and vocabulary, using topics related to the culture, traditions and news from Spain and Latin America. The key of learning is motivation, so I check constantly if my students enjoy what we are doing and if they are really learning what they need and want. I like to work in a friendly environment, but at the same time I ask my students to be as committed as me to the learning process.

The lessons can be cancelled at least 24 hours before. Otherwise there will be a charge of the 50% of the cost. For Primary School, the price of each lesson is £15 instead of £20.
