Details
All prices will be adjusted face to face as everyone's needs are different and therefore do not require as much time. For instance, a client preparing for an Ironman will need ongoing training support which will have us work together very closely on a daily basis. Conversely, a client who yearns to lose weight will need a proper training and nutritional program that will take time to put together at the beginning of our journey. Then, only the lessons and a weekly follow-up will suffice as the client will have been briefed on what to do.
