About Raquel
I'm a 36 years old Germanic-Brazilian photographer and cinematographer, with a 14 years experience. Bachelor of Fine Arts, I teach many courses on an 18 years old cultural space in Brazil. Commercially, photographed several fashion editorials, with works published in magazines such as Vogue Brasil, Trip, VIP, Playboy and LATAM Vamos!. My main subjects are portraiture, food, still life, fashion, women, travel and lifestyle. Some relevant subjects that I can demystify for you: studio lighting, use of natural light, directing people for portraits, different possible photography jobs and their characteristics, producing and creating better portraiture, gastronomy photographs, jewelry and products in general.

I teach photography from the basics to complex technical issues and tips on how to be a commercial photographer in specific areas of work. From portfolio analysis, concepts and final image development, we can also talk about the use of tools and possibilities that facilitate dialogues with potential customers. Some relevant subjects that we can demystify: studio lighting, use of natural light, directing people for portraits, different possible photography jobs and their characteristics, producing and creating better portraiture, gastronomy photographs, jewelry and products in general. Also Photoshop for skin retouch and Lightroom photography development. Professional photographer with 14 years of experience, versatile, teaches photography from the basics to complex technical issues and tips on how to carry out commercial productions in specific areas of work. From conception to concept and final image treatment, we can also talk about the use of tools and possibilities that facilitate dialogue with potential customers. Classes are carefully constructed with PDF slides provided for your learning, important visual references and exercises proposals for fixing the content and analyzing the material presented.
