About Joshua

I am a dedicated piano tutor with a strong musical background that began in childhood. Starting piano at a young age allowed me to build solid technique, musical discipline, and a deep understanding of how music works, which I now pass on to my students in a clear and practical way.

I have performed at various events such as conferences, carol musical concerts, get-togethers, parties, gospel shows, and jazz nights. These real-world performance experiences help me teach students not just how to play notes, but how to play with confidence, expression, and musicality.

As a tutor, I am highly skilled in reading musical notes (solfège) and interpreting sheet music. I help students become confident readers, understand rhythm and harmony, and translate written music into expressive piano performance. My lessons are structured, engaging, and adapted to each student’s level, whether beginner or advancing.

My goal is to make piano learning enjoyable, practical, and rewarding, while helping students build strong foundations and long term musical confidence.

Learning the piano with me is engaging, enjoyable, and stress-free. My lessons are designed to make piano feel simple and exciting, not confusing or overwhelming. I break down complex ideas into easy steps so students can understand faster, play better, and gain confidence from the very first lesson.

I combine structured learning with fun exercises, familiar songs, and practical techniques that help students master the piano in an easier and more natural way. Whether it’s reading sheet music, improving hand coordination, rhythm, or musical expression, basic, intermediate and advance, every lesson is clear, interactive, and goal-focused.

I am a very patient tutor and I take the time to wait until a student truly understands a concept before moving on. I strongly believe that everyone learns at a different pace, so my lessons are fully adapted to each individual student. No rushing, no pressure, just steady progress that fits the learner.

My goal is to help every student enjoy the learning process while building strong piano skills, confidence, and a genuine love for music.
