About Darcey
Hiya!
My name is Darcey, I am a singer/songwriter and recording artist currently based in Brighton. I've been a musician for over 10 years and last year graduated with a First Class degree in Songwriting.
Over my career so far I have achieved nearly a quarter of a million streams on my released music, been played on national radio, and performed at Glastonbury festival. I've learnt so much both in my degree and on the job, and now want to pass on what I've learnt to you!

Having studied a Songwriting degree with years of experience in the music industry, with my songs being played on National Radio and performing at the likes of Glastonbury festival, I have a plethora of skills and knowledge under my belt to help you develop as a musician and songwriter.
My lessons are flexible and tailored to what you want to learn and develop. Whether that's lyric and melody, chords, structure, how to develop an authentic sound or how to improve your home recording set up to create good quality demos.
Each week I will set you a writing brief that will help stretch and develop your songwriting ability, with intricate and personalised feedback each week.
No experience is necessary to begin writing songs, just a passion for music and storytelling!
