About Krishna
I am a professional fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience as a competitive athlete and coach. I transformed my lifelong passion for sports into a full-time profession, supported by formal education in Sports Science from SAI Bangalore. I am a certified NIS coach and a High Performance Coach certified by Loughborough University, London. My training approach is science-based, performance-driven, and focused on building strength, endurance, mobility, and long-term fitness for clients of all levels.
