I am an engineering graduate who worked in the IT industry for 5 years. I found my passion in teaching after which I quit the IT job and teaching now for the past 5 years.

I believe in concept teaching. I make the student understand the concept and then ask questions to check if the child has understood. My assessments are purely based on the topic and not on the classwork notes given. The child should be able to answer any question from the concept.
