I have had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Steph in her role as a drama lecturer at The University of Highlands and Islands. She is, in short, a complete powerhouse and an inspiration. She combines industry experience as a director and producer with performance training and academic knowledge of theatre and performance theory. She also has a deeply student-led approach with an understanding of a variety of teaching and pastoral practices which allows her to provide bespoke support, encouragement and creative challenge to all the learners she works with. I have know Stephanie for around 12 years. We have worked together on many projects, both as co artists and also hiring her as a freelance drama tutor and director.
