About Anatol
I'm a food chemist (MSc, Vienna University of Technology) and passionate about everything related to chemistry, science, and technology. In my classes, I emphasize that my students understand the connections—not just memorize them. I explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way, often using examples from everyday life or practical applications of food chemistry.
