About Samuel
Currently a coach for the DC Youth Orchestra Program and a private instructor for their Talent Development Program, I have also taught at the National Philharmonic Summer Strings Institute, Sphinx Overture Program, Chamber Music Conference of the East, Vermont Music and Arts Center, and have given master classes at the Havana (CUBA) Mozarteum and the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.
Over the past seven years, I have developed an affinity for working with intermediate violinists who need in-depth study of violin technique, including scales and etudes that focus on bow arm development. I am also open to teaching adults and students in all styles.

Professional violinist with over twenty years experience teaching students ranging from beginners to conservatory students and adult amateurs. Lessons can take place either in person or via Google Meet.
Lessons are taught holistically, with equal emphasis on violin playing and musicianship skills.
