About Taru
I have experience in tutoring pupils as young as 10 in primary school up to adult students studying for their first bachelor's. My first tutoring lesson was as a teacher's assistant when I was 15 in my local primary school. Since then I have held many group learning programmes as well as individual tutoring sessions both online and face to face. I do not have a guaranteed grade system since in the end it will be you who has to put in the work to excel in your tests. However, my job is to enable you to help yourself, to help you learn how to study in the best method for yourself, and to make sure you focus on the important stuff and are able to express your knowledge in your essays / test answers.

Hi there,
Are you in need of some additional oomph for your studies? Please, let me introduce myself: I am Taru and I have two bachelor's and 2 master's degrees in business studies from British and European universities and a decade of professional and academic experience under my belt. My main focus professionally is in strategic management, marketing, and finance but I also have a working knowledge of logistics and operations management that I can tutor up to bachelor's level. Besides these I also offer lessons in history, geography, and modern studies up to A levels / Scottish highers or GCSE / Scottish Standard Grade. Furthermore, I offer English as a foreign language tutoring for non-native speakers regardless of level (all lessons are in English).
I offer bespoke lesson plans for your individual needs that we'll go over before any lessons take place. I offer flexible schedules and platforms customised for each client whether it is once a month to several times a week. My methodology depends on your education level and previous knowledge of the subject. I offer tutoring services so I expect you to know something about the subject beforehand depending on your level. I do not offer full courses on the subjects I teach.
