About Agata
Hello,
I am Development Coach who is passionate about personal growth, professional development and mentoring. I have started mentoring and coaching over 4 years ago and currently I am working as Development Coach in one of the sports retail companies.
My students are mainly working on skills and behaviors which are helping them in professional career but I am more than happy to help You with growth in personal life.

I approach each person individualy and preapare sessions looking at one's needs. We can be very serious and go straight to the points or we can relax and enjoy session during walk in the park. Why? It's because I am here to help and make sure you are satisfied with outcomes.
First sessions take usualy longer, so we can get to know each other. Then we will spend together about 1,5hrs-2,5hrs, depending on your needs,
Your main goal is to focus on final destination, my goal is to focus on you.
