About Stara

I am passionate cook who loves bring happiness through my food. I have trained for three years in college for catering. I taught food technology to children.
Now currently on a mission to help heal people through love of good food! Especially women

I am proud of my Jamaican and British woman who brings my cultural heritage to my dishes.

I believe in a positive and relaxing approach to cooking and baking. I believe that you should truly enjoy the experience of creating a dish.

My lessons are taught with the aim to make you feel at ease with cooking, with each lesson you will gain knowledge and confidence on not only to make tasty dishes but on how you to heal your body in an enjoyable way. My aim is always keep the mind, body and soul happy
