About Aurélien

Hello, I am a Shotokan style Karate teacher 3rd Dan, graduated from the French Karate Federation. Practicing for over 10 years, it is natural that my desire to share what I have taught me came to me. So I passed the following diplomas in order to be able to teach in complete autonomy and safety: - PSC1 (First Aid Preparation) - Federal Instructor - Professional Karate Qualification Certificate It's been 2 years now that I teach in different clubs at one varied public, male, female, from 4 years old to seniors.

About the lesson

Former competitor Kumite (Combat), it is important to me to be efficient and to privilege simple and effective techniques without falling into the ease; it is at this precise moment, I think, that we can glimpse the scope that each technique of this art can hide. Explosiveness, flexibility and speed are skills that I have acquired over time and that I would gladly forward to you. It is also by developing these qualities that one can find a good motivation to get in shape. I have always practiced in a Dojo where Martial Art is taught, thus finding a balance between physical, moral and well-being. Discipline is a primary constant in my classes and an essential component to progression. Practicing according to one's abilities and in safety is also in the DNA of my methodology. The life we lead nowadays can be restrictive in many ways, so my goal as a teacher is to adapt to your lifestyle and needs to offer you a special time. As part of my other activities, I frequently read and speak English which allows me to interact with a potential foreign audience. Whether you are beginner, advanced or confirmed, welcome to my classes! I can move throughout the Ile-de-France and the Oise, do not hesitate to contact me to learn more.
