About Nicolas
I'm a professor of Chinese and Japanese painting and calligraphy. I have been a student of Shan Shan Sun master of Chinese calligraphy and descendant of the family of calligraphers of the Imperial Chinese court. For several years I have traveled the world, I have a virtual gallery where I expose my work, I have made international exhibitions that had as their theme: A bridge between the West and the East.

Breathing and posture are the key to good calligraphy. The techniques are ancestral and require concentration and perfection of execution. Before we start we work on breathing and meditation techniques. Remember that the painting or Chinese calligraphy is unique and unrepeatable. Certain watercolor techniques can be adapted for Chinese ink.
