About Mariana
I have a degree in Visual Arts from Belas Artes in SP.
I do a postgraduate degree in Art Rehabilitation at the FACES Institute.
I have worked as an art educator at MuBE and at the Tomie Ohtake Institute, where I conducted art workshops for various audiences. N] I teach private art classes and also in schools.

My classes are adapted for each student. Each student is unique and has their own expectations and goals.
I teach painting techniques (watercolor; abstract paintings; notion of the use of space in painting), drawing with oily and dry pastel.
I believe that the creative process can be responsible for very positive changes in everyone's life. It is a means of relating to the internal and external world. It welcomes uncertainties and doubts, it welcomes the other and everyone.
If it is in the student's interest, I always try to bring Art History into classes.
So besides giving technical and theoretical classes, I also teach with aim of encouraging and freeing the student to stop expressing artistically.

Meu nome é Fernanda e tenho 19 anos. eu conheci a Mariana por uma indicação de uma amiga da minha mãe. eu nunca quis muito fazer aula de pintura pq sempre me achei ruim nisso. minha mãe insistiu e eu comecei a fazer aulas com ela. ela me mostrou que posso ser livre pra pintar e não existe "certo" ou "errado" quando se faz arte.
