About Vinny

PhD and Researcher in Biochemistry. 10+ years of School and University-level teaching experience in STEM and English.
I deeply value the ideology of a teacher-student relationship and feel it is one of the most impactful and meaningful interactions one can have. I strongly believe a good teacher is one who can bring a difference to not only the best of students, but more importantly to the ones who are finding the subject difficult. I understand it is important to create an environment during teaching where the students feel comfortable to share and discuss their ideas, as it encourages confidence and love of the subject. I find it very exciting to explain concepts to students via relatable examples and make sure even the hard-to-grasp sections are made as understandable as possible.
