I think Catherine would make a trustworthy teacher because she is a trustworthy person. In fact, she is one of the most trustworthy people I know. Catherine is also full of the desire to help people; she is kind, compassionate, and in short whatever she sets her mind to do, whoever is in line to receive, should consider themselves blessed!

I met Catherine Johnson years ago when she came to my Lions Club to promote her nonprofit "girdle" which is a program to support young ladies and help raise them with proper etiquette and the manners a young lady needs. Right away, I admired her passion for helping others. She has shown dedication and perseverance in her desire to reach out to people in need. She gives people encouragement and recognition which is so powerful.
I am pleased and proud to call her my friend and I consider her to be a part of my Lions Club family. It's not that often that you come across somebody with such a heart for service. Her volunteerism is highly respected in the community and she is completely beautiful in my eyes.

I have known her for almost 40 years, she was my pastor's daughter. She excels at everything she is involved in. A caring, loving woman but well disciplined. Her ethical and moral character is impeccable as a teacher.

She has started a group to mentor and instructs young girls and she leads the support group for ladies. She leads our Book Club group, also. She is always prepared, interesting and keeps their attention. Catherine is a lady of faith, integrity and a leader. I've known Catherine for 5 years. We met when she and her group joined the Pontiac SUN TimeBank (Strong United Neighbors).

She is my friend and I work with her with a women's support group. She is a wonderful woman: very giving, very kind, patient and she works well with others. She has been a blessing in my life. Honest and courageous, she's been through many obstacles in life and been able to overcome them.
